STUDENT ORGANIZATION Application FY22

A Student Organization application may be initiated by a student wishing to hold interest club meetings on the school campus. All applications must be approved by the principal.
Please read the requirements for both the ‘lead’ student and PBCHS staff member volunteer:

  • All district policies and school rules are to be observed and adhered to.
  • All meetings must be open to all PBCHS students (equal access).
  • Volunteer sponsors must be PBCHS district employees and must supervise all meetings.
  • Volunteer sponsors are NOT eligible for a paid supplement.
  • The Student Organization’s approved application sunsets at the end of the school year.
  • Club information may be posted on annnouncements4schools.org by the volunteer sponsor.
  • Volunteer sponsors must ensure that the students have exited campus at the end of the meeting time. Students cannot be left unattended in the courtyard.
  • When the application is approved, the student and staff member will be notified via email. At that time, club meetings can be scheduled.
